She added that the gelding was slightly keen in the early stages and she was conscious to get the gelding settled as he bled last time out and has had a pelvic injury in the past. Jockey further stated that the gelding took a blow 3 out where she felt it prudent to keep a hold of his head and get him to finish the race. Trainer's rep stated that having spoken with the trainer over the phone - and was satisfied with the ride given but stated that the rider may have may have overdone holding onto the gelding between the third last and second last)(op 28/1)
